Recycling services are available throughout Scotland. Recycling waste reduces the need for landfill, saves the earth's resources as well as reducing energy use.
Waste Aware Edinburgh
Waste Aware Edinburgh aims to change public attitudes and behaviour towards waste. To reduce the amount of waste going to landfill, householders need to reduce, reuse and recycle more waste. With the help of Edinburgh residents, these initiatives should see the recycling and composting rate rise to meet the national target.
